Chef program. This program features area chefs, authors and others
with expertise relevant to a particular course topic. Unless

owner and operator of CasaLana and Gourmet Retreats. Lana is
a top honor graduate of the California Culinary Academy and has
many years of experience in catering, business and customer education.
